28 Day Reset

In 2021, I had a toddler, an infant and some pretty bad anxiety. We were one year into the pandemic and I was not in a good place. I hadn't worked out in a looooong time and DoorDash was getting rich off of my multiple/daily fast food orders. After realizing my own weight gain and need to move my body, I decided to do something: I created my 28 Day Reset.

My 28 Day Reset was my first step to bring myself back to exercise and back into a healthy lifestyle. The people who signed up for the very first session will tell you that we were all on the same level. I hadn't moved in months and I was huffing and puffing along with everyone else. I could have worked on myself first and "looked like the trainer," but instead, I chose to jump in as I was. Talk about imposter syndrome! I definitely battled that monster at the time, but it also helped me see what was needed. It made me realize the need for peer support, encouragement and grace. I realized the need for a gentle return to exercise and decided to create this virtual training program to get myself and others back into exercise and the healthy lifestyle.

I've been doing it on and off since then and I am currently in the middle of another cycle. It's always so rewarding to see how people progress throughout just one month. I love getting messages about a recipe they really like or how it's made meal prepping easier. The best is seeing physical and functional change like more flexibility and even weight loss.

My 28 Day Reset, like everything else I do in my business, is very personal. I've been thinking about it a lot lately and I don't think I'll stop offering this program because, pandemic or not, there is always someone in need of something like this.
